One expert hour can serve a room, not only one client, when the format is training, clinic, or guided implementation.
Workshops
Workshops and group sessions
Consulta is being built for both private consulting and group formats: workshops, clinics, free webinars, and paid cohort sessions. The public 1:1 booking path is live today; group seat booking is visible here as the next product surface, not as launched inventory.
Free events can collect qualified leads and move serious clients into paid consulting, WOP setup, or implementation retainers.
Beam is designed for shared rooms, unique join tokens, and future webinar controls without tying video to consulting-specific data.
How it will work
A published event will have one consultant, a title, date, duration, capacity, price per seat, and one shared Beam room. Each guest receives their own confirmation pass and join link.
- Paid workshops use the same payment-confirmed rule as 1:1 bookings.
- Free sessions skip payment but still reserve a seat and collect contact details.
- Seats remaining should be derived from confirmed bookings, not hand-entered scarcity copy.
What exists today
The live product already proves the pieces that group sessions will reuse: consultant profiles, availability, booking state, payment simulation, confirmation passes, Beam links, reminders, and dashboard visibility.
- Clients can book Cristian for 1:1 free intro or paid consulting now.
- Confirmation pages already centralize calendar files, Beam entry, reschedule, cancel, and notification preferences.
- Dashboard rails already show readiness for payments, notifications, daily digests, and client workflows.
Launch gates
Consulta will not turn on public group events until the seat, payment, and media gates have evidence.
- Oversell race proof: more checkout attempts than capacity must confirm exactly up to capacity.
- Per-seat unique links: one paid seat cannot be shared as a room-wide access pass.
- Beam proof: 21-participant, 60-minute webinar-mode smoke on the real media node.
- Host controls: raise-hand, promote/demote, mute, and eject need working browser UX.
Best use cases
The first useful group formats for Belize are practical and small: AI automation workshops, office-hour clinics, WhatsApp commerce sessions, and free webinars that lead to implementation work.
- Paid clinic: one topic, limited seats, fixed price.
- Free webinar: lead capture plus follow-up into a paid audit or WOP setup.
- Small cohort: recurring working sessions for teams that need implementation accountability.
