Contact the right Consulta path
Use Contact to choose the right path before sending a message. Consulta separates client booking recovery, consultant onboarding, and live-provider setup so urgent booking access does not get mixed with platform configuration.
Use Sign up to request review. Publishing, payment routing, availability, and notifications stay operator-controlled.
Payment, WOP, SMTP, calendar, and automation setup are handled as controlled Silvatech provider gates.
Client booking support
If you already booked, start with your confirmation pass. It has session details, Beam, calendar options, policy actions, and notification preferences. If the pass is missing, use Account recovery or WhatsApp support.
- Use Account when you have the same email or WhatsApp used at booking.
- Use booking-ID recovery when you have the reservation reference.
- Use WhatsApp support when access links are expired or messages are delayed.
Consultant onboarding
New consultants can request review through Sign up. The MVP does not auto-publish applicants or create self-serve paid accounts; Silvatech reviews profile copy, offers, policy, availability, payment routing, and notification readiness first.
- Prepare headline, services, availability, rates, and policy notes.
- Publishing remains admin-mediated.
- Calendar sync, full OAuth, and instant account creation remain later gates.
Provider and platform setup
Questions about live payments, WOP/WhatsApp, SMTP, DNS, calendar integrations, or automation should be treated as provider setup. Those paths require credentials, approval, and smoke proof before the product marks them live.
- Silvatech Payments hosted checkout remains adapter-backed and simulator-first until credentials are supplied.
- WOP/SMTP notification delivery remains logging/simulated until provider credentials and template proof are recorded.
- Connected calendar sync is not live yet; client-side calendar links are available from confirmation passes.
Operator access
Operators and consultants with access use the protected dashboard for profile, offers, availability, bookings, launch gates, payment readiness, notification readiness, sharing, and QR links.
- Do not send dashboard passwords or secrets through public contact paths.
- Provider status is visible in dashboard readiness panels.
- Human launch gates stay separate from client booking support.
