Consulta collects the minimum information needed to book, confirm, manage, and join a consulting session.
Payments
Payment is handled through Silvatech Payments links. Consulta stores payment references and statuses, not card data.
Notifications
Confirmation and reminder messages may be sent by email and WhatsApp once production notification credentials are connected.
Booking links
Tokenized confirmation links are sensitive. Do not forward a booking link unless you want the recipient to see and manage that booking.
