Consulta is moving beyond one bookable profile into a reviewed consultant network. This page explains what a consultant needs before applying and what is still handled by Silvatech during MVP.

Profile readiness

A good consultant profile needs more than a name. It should explain who you help, what outcomes clients can expect, what session lengths you offer, and what a client should prepare before the call.

  • Short public headline and practice description
  • Languages and timezone
  • Free intro preference and paid session lengths
  • Rate expectations in BZD or your operating currency

Availability and policy

Availability must be operational before a public profile is promoted. Today Consulta uses dashboard-managed weekly windows, buffers, blackouts, holds, and confirmed-booking conflicts.

  • Regular weekly availability in your timezone
  • Minimum notice, cancellation, and reschedule policy expectations
  • Known blackout dates or seasonal constraints
  • Connected calendar sync remains a later gate

Client handoff

Client confidence depends on the whole loop: booking, confirmation pass, calendar handoff, Beam join path, notifications, and support recovery.

  • Free intro sessions can run without payment checkout.
  • Paid sessions should confirm only from server-side payment proof.
  • WhatsApp/email delivery remains provider-gated until WOP/SMTP credentials and smoke proof exist.

What is still gated

Consulta is not instant self-serve publishing yet. The reviewed path protects clients, consultants, payment state, and support expectations while the platform moves toward broader onboarding.

  • No automatic public profile is created from the intake form.
  • No consultant password account or OAuth calendar connection is created by this page.
  • Payment-provider mapping and live notification setup stay operator-controlled during MVP.
