Help with your booking

Use this page when you are not sure where to join, how to change a booking, or what happens after payment. Consulta keeps the confirmation pass as the durable client handoff.

Where to join

After a free intro confirms or a paid booking is confirmed by payment status, the confirmation pass is the page to keep. It shows the consultant, time, session status, Beam join path, calendar options, and policy actions.

  • Open Beam from the pass when it is time to join.
  • Use calendar options from the pass instead of copying raw meeting links.
  • Use the pass to reschedule or cancel while the policy allows it.

Recover a lost link

If you lost the confirmation link, use Account or Sign in with the same email or WhatsApp used when booking. Consulta sends a short-lived access link when that contact matches recoverable bookings.

  • Failed lookups stay generic so booking records are not exposed.
  • Booking-ID recovery is still available when you have the reservation reference.
  • WhatsApp support can help when the access link is expired or messages are delayed.

Payments

Paid sessions are only confirmed after server-side payment confirmation. In the current live environment, real Silvatech Payments credentials and webhook proof remain launch gates; simulator checkout remains available for demos.

  • Do not treat a return page alone as payment proof.
  • Free intro bookings skip checkout but still create a confirmation pass.
  • Provider readiness is visible in the protected dashboard.

Notifications

Email and WhatsApp delivery use the notification adapter, but live WOP/SMTP delivery is still credential-gated. If a notification does not arrive, the confirmation pass and account recovery remain the durable access paths.

  • Transactional booking messages remain separate from optional reminders and follow-ups.
  • Clients can manage reminder/follow-up preferences from the confirmation pass.
  • Live provider delivery needs WOP/SMTP credentials and smoke proof before it is called complete.

Video access

Beam runs in the browser. A valid client join token opens the pre-join screen for name confirmation, camera/mic checks, and device selection before entering the room.

  • No app install should be required.
  • Expired or invalid join tokens should route back to WhatsApp recovery.
  • Final acceptance still needs real Android Chrome, iPhone Safari, and desktop proof.
