Free scheduling, paid consulting

Consulta is built to support Calendly-like free scheduling and paid consulting without hiding the operational boundaries. Clients can book free intros or paid sessions; consultants can request onboarding while Silvatech keeps provider setup controlled.

FreeFree intro booking

Clients can book a configured free intro when the consultant offers one. No payment is required for that path.

PaidConsulting sessions

Paid sessions use the consultant's configured durations and prices. Cristian's current seed is BZD 120, 200, and 280.

SetupConsultant onboarding

New consultants can request review now. Instant self-serve accounts, billing, and calendar sync stay gated.

Free scheduling

A free intro is a real booking path, not a marketing placeholder. It uses the same availability rules, policy handoff, confirmation pass, calendar actions, and Beam join flow as paid sessions, but skips checkout.

  • The consultant controls whether the free intro is enabled.
  • The dashboard controls the free intro duration.
  • The booking still receives a unique confirmation pass and browser video link.

Paid sessions

Paid consulting sessions use configured offers per consultant. The public profile shows duration and price before the client chooses a time; the booking only confirms after server-side payment confirmation.

  • Cristian's seeded rates are BZD 120 for 30 minutes, BZD 200 for 60 minutes, and BZD 280 for 90 minutes.
  • Simulator checkout remains available for demos.
  • Live Silvatech Payments credentials and webhook proof remain required before real money is treated as live.

Consultant onboarding

Consulta can list multiple active consultants, but consultant accounts are not instant self-serve yet. Requests go through Silvatech review so profile copy, offers, policy, availability, payment routing, and notification readiness are correct before publishing.

  • Use sign-up to request consultant review.
  • Admin publishing and dashboard setup exist today.
  • Password/OAuth consultant accounts and connected calendar sync remain later gates.

Provider readiness

The current production path is intentionally simulator-first for payments and logging/simulated for notification delivery until credentials are supplied and smoke-tested. This keeps demos usable without pretending live providers are ready.

  • WOP/WhatsApp and SMTP credentials are tracked in Needs From Cristian.
  • Direct Silvatech Payments hosted checkout is implemented behind an adapter.
  • Provider status is visible in the protected dashboard readiness panels.
