These terms explain the current MVP booking rules for Consulta sessions.

Booking confirmation

Paid slots are held while checkout is active and are confirmed only after a valid payment webhook. Free intro slots confirm without a payment record.

Consultant cancellation and reschedule windows are stored as policy data. The confirmation page shows whether each action is still available.

Beam sessions run in the browser. Clients are responsible for a working device, browser permissions, and network connection.

If a booking link fails, contact WhatsApp 501-672-3021 so the session details can be recovered.
