Start with a fit call or paid discovery session when the problem is still being framed.
Services
Consulta service menu
The service menu explains what a client is actually booking before they pick a slot. Consulta is not only a calendar page; it is a structured path for consulting, automation discovery, software review, and later reusable Silvatech service flows.
Use a paid expert session when you need concrete architecture, automation, workflow, or platform direction.
Turn repeat demand into reviewed packages, workshops, retainers, or WOP/Payments-enabled service flows later.
Automation discovery
Use this when the business problem is real but the solution is not obvious yet. The session should turn messy context into a short list of automation opportunities, risks, and next steps.
- Good fit for lead follow-up, manual admin work, repeated WhatsApp replies, payment collection, booking operations, or AI workflow questions.
- Starts well as a free intro when enabled, or as a paid 60/90-minute working session when context is already clear.
- The deliverable is direction and scope clarity unless a separate implementation package is agreed later.
WhatsApp and WOP workflows
Use this when the client wants WhatsApp to handle service questions, reservations, payment-link handoff, CRM notes, or human escalation. WOP stays a provider/product rail that must be proven before live delivery is claimed.
- Best for small Belize businesses that already use WhatsApp as their main customer channel.
- Session output can include a flow map, escalation rules, payment-link checkpoints, and data handoff notes.
- Live WOP sender, templates, event token, callbacks, and smoke proof remain explicit gates.
Booking and payment systems
Use this when the client needs a scheduling, checkout, payment-link, or confirmation-pass pattern similar to Consulta. The service can advise on the operating model before any custom build starts.
- Covers free booking, paid booking, payment proof, QR links, policies, reminders, recovery, and dashboard readiness.
- Keeps money rules strict: no card data in Consulta, no confirmation without server-side payment proof.
- Live payment credentials, webhook proof, and tenant setup remain provider gates.
Software architecture review
Use this when a founder, operator, or team needs a second set of senior engineering eyes before committing to a build, migration, integration, or vendor path.
- Good fit for architecture review, MVP scoping, codebase triage, integration risk, deployment plans, and cost posture.
- Bring diagrams, links, current repo notes, screenshots, metrics, or constraints before the call.
- The session should end with tradeoffs, recommended next steps, and what not to build yet.
Operations dashboards
Use this when a business needs a clearer internal operating surface: pipeline views, booking status, notification state, payment readiness, or lightweight reporting.
- Starts with the decisions the operator needs to make every day.
- Can identify dashboards, automations, or data cleanup that should come before custom AI.
- Sensitive contact, payment, and token data should stay out of public or shareable views.
Workshops and team enablement
Use this for team training, AI/automation clinics, internal software reviews, or lead-generation sessions. Consulta currently presents this as a preview, not live public group-seat checkout.
- Good fit when one session can help several people understand the same workflow or tool.
- Capacity, attendee payment, host controls, reminders, and large-room proof remain launch gates.
- Use Workshops to understand the current group-session boundary.
Retainers and support
Use this when the client needs ongoing advisory, automation support, AI operations review, or implementation oversight. Recurring support should be reviewed before it becomes self-serve billing.
- Good fit after a successful discovery or paid expert session has clarified the work.
- Saved-card, subscription, pause/resume/cancel, and failure-policy rails must be proven before automated recurring billing is claimed.
- Until then, retainers are reviewed operator setup, not instant checkout.
Not an instant build promise
Consulta services do not promise emergency help, regulated-care handling, guaranteed results, or a complete custom build from a single booking. The session is the start of a responsible scope, not a shortcut around proof.
- Do not use Consulta as an emergency, crisis, or regulated-care channel.
- Do not treat a payment return page, WhatsApp message, or demo mode as live provider proof.
- Use Contact or WhatsApp support when the right service path is unclear.
