Paid sessions remain pending until server-side payment proof confirms them. Return pages alone are not proof of payment.
Integrations
Integration readiness without hidden claims
Direct answerIntegrations are part of the product, not private trivia. Consulta keeps payments, WhatsApp/email, Beam, Google Workspace, and calendar handoff behind clear adapters so each live, simulated, or gated path is explicit.
Transactional SMTP and WOP are live. Approved English and Spanish workshop templates and guarded reminders are active; other families keep separate gates.
Beam provides the browser video handoff from the confirmation pass, while real-device and long-call proof stay tracked separately.
Silvatech Payments
Silvatech Payments is the intended money rail for hosted checkout and payment links. Consulta keeps card data out of the product and confirms paid bookings only after server-side payment status says paid.
- Workshop cohorts can select production, sandbox, or simulation and reconcile provider status on the server.
- Ordinary one-to-one checkout remains simulated until its callback, late-payment, and production-smoke gates are complete.
- Payment return pages are navigation, not payment proof.
WOP and WhatsApp
WOP is the live WhatsApp orchestration layer for approved confirmations and reminders, plus later recovery and AI customer-service flows. Activation remains contract-specific instead of treating every message family as live.
- Confirmation-pass content is the canonical source for client messages.
- Approved English and Spanish workshop templates and the guarded reminder worker are active.
- Other lifecycle templates and optional workers require their own approval and activation before use.
Email and SMTP
Transactional SMTP delivery is connected and provider-tested. Email remains a notification channel, not the source of truth.
- Booking and account lifecycle emails use the configured server-side SMTP rail.
- Transactional messages remain separate from optional reminders and follow-ups.
- The confirmation pass remains usable even if a message is delayed.
Beam video
Beam is the reusable browser video handoff used by Consulta. Clients should enter through the tokenized confirmation pass, not through public raw room links.
- Pre-join, camera/mic checks, and browser entry belong to Beam.
- Expired or invalid join tokens route back to recovery/support.
- Final media acceptance still needs real Android Chrome, iPhone Safari, desktop proof, and a 30-minute media hold.
Google Workspace workshops
Google Workspace is authorized for operator-created workshop cohorts. Consulta can create Calendar events with unique Meet links and optional interest Forms without exposing Google credentials to the browser.
- Each workshop session receives its own Calendar event and private Meet link.
- Generated Google Forms collect interest only; Consulta remains authoritative for seats and payment.
- The two-hour public cohort still requires an eligible paid Meet entitlement, while connected consultant-availability sync remains separate work.
Calendar handoff
Current calendar support is handoff from the confirmation pass: downloadable calendar file plus Google and Outlook shortcuts. Connected provider sync remains later work.
- Calendar links are generated from booking summary data.
- Connected Google/Outlook calendar sync is not live yet.
- Availability remains dashboard-managed until calendar sync is explicitly implemented and verified.
