Active profiles, rates, languages, availability, free intros, and paid sessions give clients a clear starting point.
Features
Consulta features in one booking loop
Consulta is the Silvatech consulting scheduler: a public marketplace-style surface, a booking/payment/video handoff, and an operator dashboard for launch readiness. This page collects the product capabilities in one place so the platform is visible before someone chooses a consultant.
Each booking returns to one tokenized pass for details, calendar actions, Beam, policy actions, preferences, and recovery.
Payments, WhatsApp/email, Beam, and calendar handoff sit behind clear boundaries so providers can be proven without rewriting the product.
Client scheduling loop
Clients should understand the path before they touch a form. Consulta starts with a public consultant directory and profile pages, then turns a visible offer and slot into one managed booking pass.
- Find active consultants, rate-from, language, and next-available context.
- Choose a consultant-configured free intro or paid session.
- Select a day/time, confirm prep context, and keep one confirmation pass.
Free and paid paths
Free and paid bookings share the same handoff standard but keep money rules separate. Free intros skip checkout; paid sessions remain pending until server-side payment proof confirms them.
- Free intro booking is a real slot reservation when enabled.
- Paid sessions use configured consultant durations and BZD pricing.
- A payment return page is navigation, not payment proof.
Post-booking handoff
The confirmation pass is the client home base after booking. It reduces the common support question: where do I join, change, cancel, or recover this appointment?
- Session details, status, consultant, and local time context.
- Beam browser join path plus calendar file, Google, and Outlook actions.
- Policy-based reschedule/cancel actions, notification preferences, and recovery.
Operator readiness
Consulta exposes operator capability without turning every setup task into public self-serve. The dashboard manages profile content, free intro settings, paid offers, availability, policy values, share links, QR links, bookings, notification readiness, payment readiness, and human launch gates.
- New consultants request review; instant self-publishing remains later work.
- Provider readiness is visible without exposing secrets.
- Dashboard operations remain protected and separate from client support routes.
Integration boundaries
Provider integrations stay honest. Consulta is adapter-backed for payment links, WOP/WhatsApp/email notifications, and Beam video, but live provider claims require credentials and smoke proof.
- Silvatech Payments hosted checkout is implemented simulator-first until live credentials and webhook proof are supplied.
- WOP/SMTP delivery remains gated until provider credentials, templates, and real-message smoke proof are recorded.
- Current calendar handoff links are live; connected calendar sync remains a roadmap item.
- Group sessions are previewed separately; public group-seat checkout is not live.
