Client guide to booking with Consulta

This client guide is the start-here page for using Consulta. It explains what to do before booking, what happens after a free or paid session is confirmed, and where to recover access if a message or link is missing.

DiscoverFind the right starting point

Use the directory, services, use cases, or Cristian's profile when you already know who you want.

BookUnderstand the handoff

Free intros skip checkout when enabled; paid sessions confirm only after server-side payment proof.

ManageKeep one place after booking

The confirmation pass gives you Beam, calendar options, policy actions, preferences, and recovery context.

1. Choose the right starting point

Start with the public directory when you want to compare active consultants, or open a shared consultant profile when you already know who you want to book. The services and use-case pages help choose the right conversation before the time picker.

  • Use Services to understand automation discovery, WOP workflows, booking/payment systems, architecture reviews, dashboards, workshops, and retainers.
  • Use Use cases to decide between a free fit call, paid expert session, group preview, or later recurring support.
  • Use Cristian's profile when you are ready to choose a session type and time.

2. Pick free or paid with clear expectations

A free intro is for fit and first discovery. A paid session is for focused expert time. Both paths should protect the selected slot and return a confirmation pass, but paid sessions stay pending until payment is confirmed by the server.

  • Free intro booking skips checkout only when the consultant has that offer enabled.
  • Paid sessions use the displayed duration and BZD amount from consultant offer data.
  • A payment return page is navigation, not proof that a paid booking is confirmed.

3. Save the confirmation pass

After confirmation, the tokenized confirmation pass is the client source of truth. Save that page because it holds the session details, Beam join path, calendar options, reschedule/cancel actions, support context, and reminder preferences.

  • Use the pass instead of hunting through email or chat for raw links.
  • Download the calendar file or use Google/Outlook actions from the pass.
  • Use policy actions from the pass while the consultant's policy window allows them.

4. Join through Beam

Beam runs in the browser. Use the client join link from the pass, confirm your name, check camera and microphone, choose devices, then enter the room when it is time.

  • No app install should be required for the MVP join flow.
  • Join as the client; consultant host links must stay private.
  • If a Beam token is expired or invalid, use recovery instead of trying to reuse the raw URL.

5. Recover and manage access

If you lost the pass, use Account or Sign in with the same email or WhatsApp used at booking. WhatsApp support at 501-672-3021 remains the human fallback when access links expire or messages are delayed.

  • Recovery lookups stay generic when the contact does not match a recoverable booking.
  • Access links are short-lived and should reopen the booking pass.
  • Recovery must not expose payment refs, provider refs, host links, or raw Beam tokens.

6. Prepare for useful consulting

The best sessions start with concise context. Bring the goal, current workflow, blockers, links, screenshots, data, or constraints that will help the consultant make useful decisions quickly.

  • Use Prepare to understand what to bring before a consulting call.
  • Use Help or FAQ when you are unsure which booking or recovery path fits.
  • Use Contact when the issue is provider setup, consultant onboarding, or a support route question.

7. Know the current boundaries

Do not assume every provider rail is live just because the booking surface is visible. Real Silvatech Payments credentials, WOP/SMTP delivery, connected calendar sync, full password/OAuth accounts, group-seat checkout, subscriptions, regulated-care assumptions, and real-device media proof remain gated until evidence is recorded.

  • Simulator-first payments remain the safe demo path until live credentials exist.
  • Notifications are useful, but the confirmation pass remains authoritative.
  • Consulta is not an emergency, crisis, or regulated-care channel in the current product.
