Use Consulta like a modern scheduling link when you only need a first conversation. The free intro path is available when a consultant enables it, and it keeps the same availability, confirmation, calendar, and Beam handoff standards as paid sessions.
A free booking still reserves a real slot and creates the same client pass pattern.
Use the pass for Beam, calendar, reschedule/cancel policy, notification preferences, and recovery.
What is free
A free intro is for fit, context, and deciding the right next step. It is not a fake lead form: choosing a visible time reserves that slot and sends the client to a tokenized confirmation pass after the booking is accepted.
- No checkout opens for the free path.
- The slot still follows availability, buffer, minimum-notice, and booking-conflict rules.
- The client still receives the same confirmation-pass handoff pattern.
What is paid
Paid consulting stays separate. Paid sessions use the consultant's configured prices and confirm only after server-side payment proof. A free intro does not weaken payment state rules for paid bookings.
- Paid sessions show duration and BZD price before booking.
- Payment return pages are navigation, not payment proof.
- Live Silvatech Payments credentials and webhook proof remain required before real money is marked live.
What happens after booking
After a free intro confirms, the confirmation pass is the page to keep. It carries session details, calendar options, Beam access path, reschedule/cancel policy actions, notification preferences, and support recovery.
- Beam opens in the browser from the pass when it is time to join.
- Calendar handoff is available from the pass; connected calendar sync is later work.
- Account recovery can send clients back to recoverable booking passes.
Current boundaries
Free scheduling does not mean all platform features are free and live today. Consultant self-serve accounts, provider onboarding, WOP/SMTP live delivery, connected calendars, and payment-provider live proof remain tracked gates.
- Prospective consultants can request review, but publishing stays admin-mediated.
- Notifications may be simulated/logging until WOP and SMTP credentials are proved.
- The protected dashboard remains the operator surface for readiness and launch gates.
